Our Mission

At The Breadwinner, our mission transcends beyond providing immediate aid; it’s about empowering communities, nurturing young minds, and paving the way for sustainable development across South Africa. From educational programs and nutritional support to healthcare initiatives and community upliftment projects, our efforts are aimed at creating a tangible impact on the lives of those in need.

Highlights of Our Journey

In this inaugural edition, we’re thrilled to share some of our key milestones:

• Educational Empowerment: Launching one new ECD center in Itereleng, providing quality early childhood education to over 100 children.
• Nutritional Support: Successfully serving nutritious meals to 1,000 learners daily, ensuring they have the energy to learn and grow.
• Healthcare Access: Liaising with the University of Pretoria to start a weekly mobile clinic service in Itereleng to reach underserved communities, offering free health screenings and basic medical care.
• Community Development: Initiating a clean up project in rural areas, improving hygiene to the residents of Itereleng.

Looking Ahead

Our vision for the future is bold and inclusive. In the coming months, we plan to:

• Extend our educational programs to include skills development for teenagers and young adults.
• Increase the capacity of our nutritional program to support an additional 500 learners by year-end.
• Launch a community garden project to promote sustainable food sources and environmental education.
